This year we weren't able to go back home for Thanksgiving, but we were so blessed to be invited to join our friends and their family that came to visit.
It was a lot of fun and my friend did such an amazing job decorating for the occasion!
There was a ton of delicious food as well. My hubby smoked the turkey (which, in my opinion, was the best I've ever had. Good job babe!).
The kids played their little hearts out and wore out the dog.
It's always hard for me when we start over in a new place without knowing a soul, but we have made some good friends so far and what a blessing they have been. We are gearing up for Christmas now which I am really excited about! It's my favorite time of the year. Now if the weather down here would just cool down a little bit more ;)
