Hi everyone :) I missed Dress Up Monday this week, but I think this will make up for it.
Natasha at Samster Mommy is hosting a Tutu Drive right now and I was blessed to be able to participate with a tutorial.
I am sharing how to make these dress up skirts for you to make for your little or to donate to the Tutu Drive.
There are also other tutu tutorials already up on her blog and some more guest tutorials are on there way.
