Week 4 at S.Y.T.Y.C.

S.Y.T.Y.C.

Week 4 is on now at the So You Think You're Crafty competition. I made it through to this week :). The voting is open until Friday and then there will be a one week break before the next voting begins. Vote for you favorite today.

Here was my entry for last weeks competition. It's a little blanket to keep us warm this winter.

Beautiful blanket, Jessica! I love it. Have you ever thought about teaching a crafting class when you're in Hampton Roads? I would come, and pay to be there! ;)

Probably not right now :) I'm busy trying to get all of my Christmas presents made, but possible in the beginning of the year :)

Hey Pam :) I haven't thought of that, but it's a great idea! I'll let you know if I ever do.

I wish I had seen this one before the deadline! I would have TOTALLY voted for you! Could you please post how you made the little green and white posies? I've been looking for a comforter for our bed and I was amazed to see this! I am taking our snugglie white fleece blanket and transforming it immediately!

They are yo-yo's :) Here is a link to a good tutorial on how to make those (http://heatherbailey.typepad.com/photos/how_to_make_a_yoyo/index.html)

They also sell these little plastic things at fabric/craft stores that make it easier to make them as well.
